|Confused about types of sprinklers, dosage rates?|
Test a variety of sprinklers in our yard.
The Micro and Mini Sprinkler product range includes sprays, sprinklers, rotators, wobblers, pressure compensating, non pressure devices and pressure regulation. Ideal uses are home flower and vegetable gardens, landscaping, orchard and greenhouses, propagation beds, vineyards and olive groves, and effluent water dispersal.
Fixed Sprinklers and Guns and solid set irrigators include rotators, wobblers, pop ups, impact sprinklers 9brass and plastic) big gun, and pressure regulators and pressure control. Uses include Vegetable gardens, green houses, frost protection, pasture, including sports arenas, golf courses and parks. Other situations are for dust suppression, waste water dispersal, mining, and industrial cooling.
K Line pods are a series of shiftable pods each containing an impact sprinkler. the pods are mounted on a hose that is towed to the area to be irrigated. This system is ideal for pasture, orchards, golf course fairways, and sports fields.
Impact Sprinklers is a single sprinkler mounted in a single pod or an a galv stand and attached to a flexible hose that is dragged to the area to be irrigated.
Travelling Irrigators or Hose Reel machine consists of a polyethylene (PE) pipe coiled on a steel 'cotton reel'. Attached to the PE is either a trolley and raingun or a boom structure with small sprinklers. The cotton reel is stationed at one end of the field and a tractor is connected to the trolley and used to unwind the PE pipe from the cotton reel and position the trolley at the opposite end of the field. Pressurized water is supplied to the cotton reel, which drives a water turbine and gearbox to retract the trolley and irrigate the field. come in and talk to Tony about this option.
Centre Pivot and Linear Irrigators are made from spans consisting of steel water pipes held up by a steel supporting structure. Each span is mounted on a drive tower and base beam incorporating an electric gear motor driving a set of gearboxes and tractor wheels. Centre Pivots move around a centre point, operate in either direction and can complete either a part-circle or full-circle operation. Linear Pivots move up and down a rectangular field. We coordinate design, delivery, installation and service with Ray Mayne Irrigation.
